Archangelica root contains a lot of essential oils, organic acids, vitamins and carbohydrates. Daily dose: 60 mg – root extract 4:1.

Vitamin B6

It is an essential vitamin for maintaining a normal immune system. It contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Daily dose: 1.2 mg as pyridoxine hydrochloride .

Vitamin B12

It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal formation of red blood cells. This vitamin is mainly found in animal products, which is why its supplementation is important for vegetarians and vegans. Daily dose: 10 μg – form: cyanocobalamin .

Vitamin D3
