Ingredients: aqueous extract of the lemon balm plant (Melissa officinalis) DER 7:1 standardized to 8% polyphenol content, magnesium oxide (magnesium), coating ingredient: beef gelatin, water-alcoholic extract of poppies root (Rhodiola rosea ) DER 5:1 standardized to contain polyphenols 45% and salidroside 1%, hydroalcoholic extract of chamomile (Matricaria recutita) DER 4:1, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, coloring: oxides and hydroxides of iron, filler: cellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), dye: titanium dioxide

Recommended dose:

1 capsule per day
