Description
Long® 80 Multiprotein is a multicomponent protein that contains proteins from 8 protein sources. The protein content of the product consists of 75% whey protein concentrates, hydrolyzed and isolated, and the remaining 25% protein comes from micellar casein and egg protein.
The main advantage of Long® 80 Multiprotein is its more gradual release than in the case of classic whey proteins, so the product can supply your muscles with protein for longer! In addition, it is enriched with a complex of seven enzymes - papain, alpha amylase, bromelain, lactase, cellulase, neutral protease and lipase. The protein content is 76.4-80% (varies depending on the flavor).

About the native raw materials used CFM
The whey protein contained in Long® 80 Multiprotein consists of CFM whey protein isolate, CFM whey protein concentrate and then hydrolyzed whey protein: enzymatically hydrolyzed whey concentrate with a DH 32 degree of hydrolysis, enzymatically hydrolyzed whey concentrate with a degree of hydrolysis DH 5 and 90% enzymatically hydrolyzed whey isolate with a degree of hydrolysis DH 8 (in the older version of the product, only concentrated enzymatically hydrolyzed whey with a degree of hydrolysis DH 32).
CFM is a natural, non-chemical process for the production of the highest quality whey protein, filtered on a special high-tech ceramic cross filter, which can perfectly filter out all unwanted components (such as fat, lactose...) and isolate the pure (virgin) whey protein while preserving all valuable fractions such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide, lactoferrin and others. We list the content of these fractions directly in the composition of our product!
No auxiliary chemicals or solvents are used in CFM. CFM is the most environmentally friendly protein production method in existence because the raw material is not exposed to any physical variables such as high pressure, temperature, ions. It only passes through its own weight through ceramic filters. As a result, the final whey protein is intact = untouched = virgin protein. Its structure, protein composition, smell, color and taste are natural, unaffected and unchanged, they remain in their original natural state, the so-called native form.
Recommended dose:
- It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition
- It is recommended to divide the daily dose (2-6 tablespoons) into 2-3 portions
- Mix the contents of 1 tablespoon (30 g) of Long® 80 Multiprotein in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk
