Essential oil 24 herbs 100 ml Sanct Bernhard

Natural essential oil with a plant complex. The oil should only be used in dilution.

Examples of applications:

• For mouthwash: 1 drop of oil in a glass of lukewarm water. It works deep into the throat, even where a toothbrush can't reach.
• For the bath: add 5-10 drops of oil to the bath water.
• Recommended time:

- refreshing bath: 15 minutes,

-relaxing bath: 20 minutes.

• For massage: mix 50 ml of base oil, e.g. coconut oil, with 5-10 drops of 24 plant oil. It helps with muscle pain and relieves tension.
• For sauna: add 2-6 drops of oil to water and pour it over the stones. It provides well-being and refreshing freshness. It has a regenerating effect.
