When and how to use

Drink the prepared drink in one dose immediately after finishing the physical activity. If you want to optimize the regeneration processes, drink it within 30 minutes immediately after the end of the exercise.

The preparation

To prepare a recovery drink, dissolve 50 g (1 bag, 3 tablespoons) in 350 ml of water.
