Emocalm with Valeriană is recommended in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress and panic attacks.
Contributes to mastering emotions, eliminating the sensation of a lump in the throat.

Ingredients:
Melissa (Melissa officinalis), aerial parts (100 mg); St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), aerial parts (100 mg); lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), 10:1 hydroalcoholic extract of flowers (50 mg); valerian (Valeriana officinalis), hydroethanolic extract with 0.3% valerian acids from the roots (25 mg); orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis) (5 mg); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: colloidal silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.
How to use:
- It is administered 30 minutes before the meal
- The tablets are swallowed with water. in case of difficulty in swallowing, the tablets can be broken in two
- Adults and young people over 15 years old, 1 tablet each 3 times a day
- Children aged between 5 and 15 years, 1/2 tablet 3 times a day
- In the case of long-term administration, a break of 3 weeks is recommended every 3 months.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, intolerance to any of the ingredients.
