The active ingredients are Omtec 50 and Omtec XS extract. Omtec 50 is a natural fiber with a high lipid-binding capacity. It helps neutralize calories from foods high in fat. Omtec XS extract inhibits the pancreatic alpha-amylase enzyme, which digests starch. It interrupts the process of carbohydrate digestion. The natural substance Omtec 50, together with Omtec XS extract, contained in Drenax Forte Grassi Med, forms a gelatinous substance in the stomach. This gelatinous substance mixes with food. In this process, fats, carbohydrates and transformed sugars do not enter the metabolic cycle, but are excreted undigested.

How to use
Formulated for oral administration. The recommended dose is 2 tablets, swallowed one hour before each meal, with at least a glass of water (250 ml), three times a day.

warnings
Do not use for more than 30 consecutive days during a single treatment period. Use may be resumed after 4 days:
- ask your doctor for advice before using the product for a long period of time;
- do not take medications (e.g. contraceptives), vitamins or essential fatty acids at the same time as taking the product.
Medications should be administered 1 hour before or 4 hours after the product is administered.
Consult your doctor before using this product if you need to take any medications before meals.
