Ingredients: Fish oil (anchovies and sardines) containing omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); Echium vulgaris seed oil, containing 10% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and 15% stearidic acid (SDA), gelatin, marigold flower extract (Tagetes erecta L.) including lutein, zeaxanthin, ubiquinol, vitamin E ( a mixture of tocotrienol and tocopherol from palm oil, including at least 50% tocotrienol), olive leaf extract (Olea europaea), containing hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein; humectants: glycerol, sorbitols; water, antioxidants: rosemary extracts, mixture of tocopherols; vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7).

Daily portion: 2 capsules per day with food.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep at room temperature, away from sunlight, out of the reach of small children. It can be stored in the refrigerator. Do not use in case of intolerance (allergy) to any of the ingredients of the supplement. People taking medication should consume this product under medical supervision. Consult your doctor if you are taking medications (especially anticoagulants (eg, warfarin/Coumadin).
