Description
Instant vegetable granules, prepared from a mixture of 5 selected vegetables, designed for the preparation of vegetable soup, risotto and minestrone and ideal for intensifying the flavor of pan-fried vegetables, quick or elaborate meat and fish dishes.

Table salt; flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate; dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (celery - onion 9.6%, garlic - carrot - leek 2.9%), maltodextrin, potato starch, seed oil (corn and/or sunflower), caramelized sugar, natural celery flavor.
May contain lactose and peanuts .

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
For an excellent soup: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of the product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To add flavor to dishes: add the product as a total or partial replacement for salt.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to air, do not use a wet spoon to extract the product, and preferably store in the refrigerator.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 36 months.
