How to use
D-Mannose works by contact: the longer it stays in the urinary tract, the more effective it will be.
Therefore:
- Try to get them to drink as little as possible.
- Avoid concomitant treatment with drinks or foods that stimulate diuresis.
1 capsule each time you empty your bladder.
Which normal is equal to:
1 capsule after evening urination, 1 after first thing in the morning.
If you urinate during the day or night, take another capsule immediately afterwards to ensure that your urinary tract is protected 24 hours a day. Prophylactic treatment should be repeated for 10 days every 2-3 months, with a single capsule in the evening.
