Properties:
- it is a food supplement that helps the body to ensure the optimal amount of certain nutrients, thus participating in the maintenance of the general health of the human body and in particular of the bones, articular cartilages, skin, ligaments and tendons. In the same way;
- this supplement is also intended for those people who have to perform intense physical activities, or who start mobilizing after prolonged bed rest;

Way of ussage:
The dosage can also be conditioned by the advice of a doctor, dietitian or nutritionist, but the dosage recommended by the manufacturer is 3 grated measures per day (11g) dissolved in any non-carbonated and cold liquid, divided into 1-3 portions.
