Why Colafit collagen?

Colafit is a popular, user-proven form of lyophilized collagen in small, soft cubes that contain only pure type I collagen and are easy to use. Thanks to an unconventional and at the same time gentle processing method, the water is removed from the collagen, so the cubes can be small, soft and light. 1 cube (8 mg) of freeze-dried collagen corresponds to 800 mg of collagen gel.

What is collagen?

Collagen is a water-insoluble protein and forms the basic building block of connective tissues. It represents 25-30% of all proteins in the body of mammals, in the form of collagen fibers. Currently, at least 28 different types of collagen are known. The most prevalent type of collagen in the body is type I collagen, type I collagen molecules chain together to form strong fibers and fiber bundles that can already be seen with the naked eye. This type of collagen appears e.g. in tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, organs...

Use, dosage, warning

For adults 1 cube per day, for children half a cube per day in the morning on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Use at least 2-3 months at least twice a year. If necessary, you can take it permanently. Take one vitamin C tablet daily, either with Colafit or at any time of the day. The nutritional supplement is not intended for children under 3 years of age. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
