Coenzyme Q10 is very common in the body. Its greatest accumulation is in the most "busy" muscles, i.e. heart muscles and skeletal muscles. Coenzyme Q 10 is responsible for energy production in cells. Unfortunately, with age, its amount decreases significantly.

The preparation containing coenzyme Q 10 offered by the famous German brand HANOJU is enriched with naturally derived vitamin C, levogitor.

All living cells can produce coenzyme Q10 from amino acids: phenylalanine, tyrosine and methionine. To make coenzyme Q10, the cell also needs vitamin B12, folic acid, and other B vitamins. Because the body has the ability to make Q10, it is classified as a vitamin-like substance. In old age, the body uses coenzyme from food, but is no longer able to convert coenzyme Q into coenzyme Q10.

Supplementation with coenzyme Q10 can be helpful not only in the case of reduced production in the elderly, but also during increased physical and mental exertion or an unbalanced diet.
