Lemon Tea Tree essential oil has all the highly effective antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal properties associated with Tea Tree oil, but additionally exudes a delicious and refreshing lemon scent. Lemon Tea Tree is part of the same plant family as Tea Tree, but has different active ingredients. Lemon Tea Tree essential oil helps fight coughs and colds by boosting immunity. It is recommended for the treatment of oily skin and acne and is also successfully used as a natural insecticide. It is not diluted. Ingredients: Organic essential oil of Lemon Tea Tree (Leptospermum petersoni) How to use: Attention! SOiL essential oils contain the active ingredients of plants in concentrated form. Before use, it is recommended that they are always diluted in a base (e.g. water, carrier oils). Do not administer internally without the advice of a doctor or specialist. Store in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid during pregnancy. Bath: Add 5 - 10 drops of essential oil to a bath of warm water. If your skin is sensitive, first mix the essential oil into a teaspoon of carrier oil. Close the door so that the steam does not escape. Keep your body in the water for at least 10 minutes and relax by taking deep breaths. For extra hydration, dilute the oils in 10 ml of carrier oil before adding the essential oil to the warm bath. Massage: Add 5 - 6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil. Mix well and apply liberally to the skin by gently massaging. Inhalations: Add 4 - 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapors for a few minutes. Burners and diffusers: Fill the burner / vaporizer bowl with water and then add 3 - 6 drops of essential oil. For burners, light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats up. Do not let the bowl dry. Compresses: Recommended when the area is too painful to massage. Soak a towel in 200ml of hot water to which you have added 4-5 drops of essential oil, then wring it out. Cover the affected area with this compress, then place plastic wrap on top and cover with a dry towel or blanket. Leave the compress to take effect for 2 – 4 hours.
