Its jumbo pencil format combines the ease of application of a lip contour and the full coverage of a lipstick. Velvet the pencil has intense matte shades, which, however, have a velvety, comfortable formula that lasts up to 8 hours. Instructions for use:

Initially outline the lip line, then apply evenly over the entire surface of the lips, from the center to the corners.
