Aloe vera for skin protection

Natural aloe vera strips are placed on the inside of the diaper, taking care of the baby's skin and protecting it from germs. Aloe vera has disinfectant, cicatrizing and anti-inflammatory effects.

Pulp to absorb moisture

The pulp is placed over the entire surface of the absorbent core as it absorbs and removes moisture from the baby's skin. It is made either from annual plants (for example, flax, cotton) or from wood (most often from spruce). Because of this, it is biodegradable under the right conditions. The pulp and paper used to make these diapers are FSC certified. It guarantees that the wood comes from carefully managed forests. The pulp is bleached using the TCF (Total Chlorine Free) method, which uses oxygen, ozone or hydrogen peroxide. Chlorine leaves a small amount of toxic dioxins in the diaper, which can affect the child's development and can affect the immune, hormonal and nervous system.

SAP gel with high absorption

It is a gel with a high proportion of superabsorbent polymer , which has antibacterial properties. They are actually small crystals that absorb liquid and odor, and together with the pulp form the absorbent core of the diaper. The SAP gel can absorb up to 300 times its own weight and thanks to this, it guarantees that the baby's skin remains dry and protected from rashes and boils. SAP is recyclable, but unfortunately not biodegradable. Due to its non-toxic properties, it does not burden nature . If diapers did not contain this gel, their consumption would be significantly higher, and thus the amount of waste produced would increase.

LDPE against liquid leaks

LDPE is a thin film that protects against liquid leaks, you can also find it in adhesive tapes. It is a non-toxic and recyclable plastic that you encounter every day. This layer also ensures that the diaper stays tight and does not press. LDPE is the very layer of the diaper on which the original diaper designs are printed using water-based paints. Paints are composed of water, water-soluble resin and pigment and are environmentally friendly.

Non-woven material for comfort
