Day 1: 4 sachets (1 sachet every 6 hours)
Day 2: 3 envelopes (Morning, lunch, evening)
From day 3: 1 sachet (Before going to bed)
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water, mineral water or tea.
It is not recommended to drink with acidic drinks such as fruit or blueberry juice.
