Organic millet flakes are obtained from crushed millet grains. Millet flakes are a great option for your daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.
Ingredients: millet flakes* 100% (*certified organic ingredient)
Preparation: Boil the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place.
