Carob powder can be used as a substitute for cocoa. It is particularly healthy, it has up to 8% protein.
It also contains vitamin A and the group of B vitamins, as well as a series of minerals that our body needs, such as magnesium and iron.
Many prefer to use this powder instead of cocoa because it has no fat (we know cocoa has fat), and it has only one third of the calories that cocoa has. Plus it is nonallergic.
