The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains (%RWS):
- L-selenomethionine – 512 µg
- including: selenium – 200 µg (545%)
- inulin - 330 mg

Ingredients : inulin (chicory root), pullulan (capsule shell), selenium (L-selenomethionine).
How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day, with a meal.
