After application, it forms a layer that absorbs excess moisture and protects against drying and subsequent infections. Use

Apply a thin layer of BepanGel to the treated skin area and do not touch the wound with the tube. Do not spread the gel. Repeat application as needed. If necessary, apply a cast or bandage.
