Kombucha vinegar can be considered a true elixir of a healthy life. The product is obtained through natural fermentation, on a substrate composed of at least 30 plants with a content rich in active principles. Properties :
Kombucha- helps regulate lipid and carbohydrate metabolism; contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, being an excellent antiaging agent; significantly increases calorie burning in athletes.
Apple cider vinegar - contributes to fat burning; helps reduce appetite.
Ginger- influences the appetite; improves digestion; contributes to maintaining a normal intestinal transit; increases the body's resistance to fatigue, stress.

Method of administration: Internally: Adults - 2 tablespoons per day, 1-2 minutes before lunch and dinner, for 4-6 weeks. Children 2 teaspoons a day, 1-2 minutes before lunch and dinner, for 4-6 weeks.
External: Compresses, frictions on the affected area, in the form of a solution diluted with water 1:1. It can be helpful in preventing hair loss and dandruff (rinse hair at the end in a 1:1 diluted solution with water).
