Astron Siberian Ginseng - 100% cut root for infusion

Siberian Ginseng:

• has a stimulating effect,
• is an antioxidant,
• stimulates appetite and digestion,
• increases the secretion of histamine,
• reduces stress and fatigue.

Recommended intake:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 tablespoons of dried herb, brew for 45 minutes, drink half a cup of infusion in the morning and at noon.

As a tincture: Pour 1/2 liter of alcohol over 50g of root scraps. After 3 weeks, drink 20-30 drops twice daily. The treatment should last a month. Repeat if necessary after a 10-15-day break.

As an herbal remedy: Pour 1/2 liter of water over 1 teaspoon and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Once cooled, drink twice daily.
