Indications:
ASPIRIN COMPLEX has pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, fever-reducing and nasal congestion properties.
This medicine, in the form of white-yellowish granules, contains two active substances: acetylsalicylic acid and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
This medicine is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of nasal/sinus congestion (rhinosinusitis), accompanied by pain and fever, associated with colds and/or flu-like symptoms.

Contraindications:
Do not use ASPIRIN COMPLEX:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to acetylsalicylic acid, pseudoephedrine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before using ASPIRIN COMPLEX, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
Due to the lack of experience with the combination of active substances in ASPIRIN COMPLEX, this medicine should not be used during pregnancy or if you are breast-feeding.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
ASPIRIN COMPLEX belongs to a group of medicines (NSAIDs) that may impair fertility in women.
This effect is reversible when the medicine is stopped.

Driving and using machines:
During treatment with ASPIRIN COMPLEX, the ability to react may be altered. The risk may be further increased if alcohol is consumed at the same time. This should be taken into account when increased attention is required (e.g. when driving and using machines).

How to use:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Total daily dose
Adults and adolescents: 1-2 sachetsUp to 6 sachets
If necessary, this dose can be repeated at 4-8 hour intervals. The daily dose should not exceed 6 sachets.
Pour the contents of one or two ASPIRIN COMPLEX sachets into a glass of water and mix well. The resulting suspension has an orange flavour. Drink the entire contents of the glass immediately.

Caution: the granules do not dissolve completely!

Do not take this medicine for more than 3 days without talking to your doctor.

Use in children and adolescents:
ASPIRIN Complex is intended for use in adults and adolescents over 16 years of age. This medicine should not be given to children and adolescents under 16 years of age without a doctor's recommendation.

Composition:
- The active substances are: acetylsalicylic acid, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Each sachet contains acetylsalicylic acid 500 mg and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg.
- The other ingredients are: citric acid, sugar, hypromellose, saccharin, orange flavor (benzyl alcohol, alpha tocopherol, modified starch and maltodextrin).
