How to use:
It can be used as a therapeutic agent either in the form of water, to which the necessary content of clay has been added, the water we use especially in internal cure, or in the form of poultices or dressings.
Clay water will be prepared a few hours before drinking (4-8 hours), as follows: in a glass or mug (only glass or porcelain, not plastic) of water (plate or spring, not from the sink - contains chlorine) a teaspoon of clay (the spoon should be wooden, spatula, no metal will be used). It is taken half an hour before the meal.
During the clay belt, no alcohol of any kind is drunk.
The cure lasts three weeks.
