Way of ussage :

Preheating :
- Remove the insert from inside the cover
- Put the insert in the microwave oven (600 W – 90 sec.), the electric oven (130° C – 10 min.) or on the radiator (until it heats up enough)
- After preheating the pad, gently mix the cherries and lavender, check the temperature on your wrist
- Put the cover back

Cooling :
- Remove the insert from inside the cover
- Put the pillow in the freezer (for about 30 minutes). Do not forget to secure the pillow against contact with food
- Put the cover back

Precautions :
Store the pillow in a dry place.
Never wash the core insert.
Do not heat the outer cover.
Do not use in case of allergy to any of the product's ingredients.
Before each use, make sure the product is not damaged. In case of a worn/dirty insert, replace it with a new one.
