Why the double effect?
Men are affected by two of the most common scalp problems: hair loss and dandruff. The research institute Dr. Wolff has developed a shampoo that combats both problems simultaneously - Alpecin Double-Effect Caffeine Shampoo.
The Double-Effect Caffeine Shampoo first removes the encrusted horny cells and frees the scalp from dandruff.
The combination of the two effective anti-dandruff actives, salicylic acid and piroctone, is, from a dermatological point of view, the most recommended complex, as all aspects of dandruff formation relevant from a dermatological perspective are taken into account:
- removing dandruff in a gentle manner for the scalp;
- anti-inflammatory effect;
- antioxidant effect, namely: improves the resistance of the scalp;
- antimicrobial properties.
Until now, this combination of active substances has been used exclusively in dermatocosmetic products, as a dermatological solution against dandruff. This allows precise and gentle micro-exfoliation and soothes itchy scalp.

Way of ussage:
Leave the shampoo on the scalp for 2 minutes, daily, time interval from application to rinsing.
