Strawberry syrup with sugar is recommended for cleansing the body of toxins, having diuretic properties (due to the potassium salts) and for its vitaminization and revitalization (high content of iron, copper, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus). This is a valuable adjuvant for improving digestion and stimulating intestinal transit. The product has a slightly laxative action due to the increased content of organic acids, being indicated in the normalization of stools.

The high content of antioxidants (polyphenols, bioflavonoids, vitamin C, vitamin E, ellagic acid) of strawberries contributes to limiting the negative action of oxidative stress.
Strawberry syrup has an adjuvant role in maintaining joint health by stimulating the elimination of uric acid and by containing salicylic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties.
