Indications:

Do not use:
-if the contents of the heat cell are leaking and/or the bandage is damaged or torn
-with analgesic ointments and/or other ointments or other forms of heat
-on unhealthy, injured or damaged skin
-on bruised or inflamed areas
-on areas of the body where you cannot feel heat
-in people who are unable to follow the instructions for use or who cannot lift the product, including children, babies and some elderly people

Consult your doctor before using the product if you suffer from diabetes, circulatory deficiencies, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or if you are pregnant.

Warnings:

-This product may cause burns. Check skin frequently during use. If irritation or burning occurs, remove immediately.
-Caution is recommended when applying to the wrist - do not overlap heat cells
-If you feel the product is too hot, stop using it or wear it over clothing, not directly on the skin.
-To find out your tolerance for heat, wear it during the day before deciding whether to use it while sleeping.
-The risk of sunburn increases with age. If you are over 55, wear the bandage over your clothing and do not wear it while sleeping.
-Do not apply additional pressure or a strap over the product.
-Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period. Discontinue use and consult a doctor.
-If you experience discomfort, burning, inflammation, irritation or other skin changes that persist in the area where you wear the bandage.
-If after 7 days your pain worsens or does not improve
