Ingredients:

Evening primrose oil ( Oenothera biennis ) (min. 9% GLA ) – 1,000 mg, soft capsule (gelatin, glycerin, demineralized water), antioxidant (DL-alpha Tocopherol Acetate) – 10 mg.

contributes to balancing the ratio of essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6;
nourishes and helps maintain the health and youthful appearance of the skin;
contains gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), with a role in reducing serum cholesterol and triglycerides;
limits inflammatory processes in the body due to the content in GLA;
maintains the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system;
protects the integrity and proper functioning of cell membranes;
helps regulate the menstrual cycle.

Vitamin E:

contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

How to use:

Adults and children: 1-2 capsules per day, 20-30 minutes before meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid. The recommended course is 3 months, followed by a 30-day break. It can be repeated as many times as needed.
