Mouthwash: Mix a tablespoon of clay in half a liter of hot, unboiled mineral water.
Facial mask: It is recommended to put a spoonful of white clay in a suitable container (not metal or plastic) and gradually add water or herbal infusions until the desired consistency is obtained. The mask should be firm enough not to run, but not too thick. Apply a thin layer to the face and neck, avoiding the eye and lip area, leave on for about 10 minutes and remove with lukewarm water before it dries completely. Afterwards, a moisturizer can be applied.
