Description
Food supplement based on live lactic ferments, vitamin D, trans-resveratrol, melatonin and black cohosh.
Black cohosh is useful for combating menopausal symptoms. Live lactic acid bacteria promote a balanced intestinal flora. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones, the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal teeth, and normal muscle function. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose and acesulfame K; bulking agents: maltodextrin, corn starch and gum arabic; vanilla flavouring; Lactobacillus crispatus IMC607S, Lactobacillus gasseri LG050, [Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt.] rhizome extract tit. 2.5% triterpenglycosides; 98% trans-resveratrol; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult your doctor before using this product and for the duration of its use. However, this product should not be used in cases of liver dysfunction or disease.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. The expiration date refers to the product stored properly and in its original packaging.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
