- can contribute to maintaining normal bones thanks to calcium and magnesium;
- may contribute to the normal absorption and use of calcium and protection against oxidation thanks to liposomal vitamin D3;
- can contribute to calcium fixation;
- can contribute to maintaining bone health thanks to vitamin K2.
The recommended dose is 1 tablet 2 times a day, for a period of 12 months.
The tablet is swallowed with a glass of water, after a meal.
