Description
Sterile, preservative-free single-dose solution.
Unique formula for immediate relief, superior comfort and prolonged osmoprotection from dry eye symptoms.
Suitable for use following LASIK surgery for relief of dryness and discomfort following surgery.
OPTIVE FUSION UD is compatible with the use of all contact lenses.

How to use
Place 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) as needed.

Components
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%, sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, glycerin 1.0%, erythritol 0.5%, levocarnitine 0.25%, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate and purified water.

Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not swallow the solution. To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not place the tip of the vial on any surface and avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Wait 5 minutes before administering another ophthalmic product.
Do not use if the single-dose vial or product packaging is damaged before use. Use the vial only once and then discard it. Do not use if the solution changes color.
This product contains no preservatives and should be used immediately after opening to avoid contamination that could cause eye infections.
Discontinue use and consult your doctor if you experience eye pain, vision changes, persistent eye redness or irritation, or if your condition worsens.

Conservation
Store at room temperature, away from sunlight.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 21 months.
