Very happy, since it has not been available in Spain for months and it was the only way to follow the treatment. Although the packaging is in another language it does not matter, I know what product I am buying and I can compare with the packaging-instructions in Spanish, since I keep the last box I had. The customer service is smooth and even though the shipment arrives in two or three weeks because it is an international shipment, it is worth the wait. I have already placed two orders and if you order more than a certain amount they do not charge you shipping costs. Highly recommended.

Aunque el embalaje esté en otro idioma no importa, sé qué producto estoy comprando y puedo comparar con el envoltorio-instrucciones en español, ya que conservo la última caja que tuve. El servicio de atención al cliente es fluido y, a pesar de que el envío llega en dos o tres semanas porque es un envío internacional, la espera merece la pena. Ya he hecho dos pedidos y si haces más de una cierta cantidad no te cobran gastos de envío. Muy recomendable.

The customer service was good and I trusted their words that the order was already being prepared, and it was. It is true that the whole process, from order to delivery has been much longer than it should have been.
