Nat&Form Vitamin D3 + Zinc contains vitamin D3 of natural origin extracted from lanolin*.
It contributes to the correct functioning of the immune system and bone capital. Zinc complements the action of vitamin D3. Vitamin D is essential for the correct functioning of our body.

It has a double origin:
- A part is synthesized by the body in the skin under the action of ultraviolet rays, then it is stored in the liver, muscles and adipose tissue to be used during the winter months.
- The other part (about 20%) is provided by food, especially seafood and dairy products.

To fill up on vitamin D there is nothing better than the sun. But from October to March, when UV rays are scarce, the levels in our body drop. Furthermore, the digestive absorption of vitamin D varies considerably depending on age and type of diet. According to the ESTEBAN study**, 75% of French people have an inadequate intake of vitamin D.
