Metaspar is a food supplement that contains ingredients such as

Properties:
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) contributes to:
- normal energy metabolism

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) contributes to:
- normal energy metabolism
- maintenance of normal red blood cells
- normal iron metabolism
- protecting cells against oxidative stress
- reduction of fatigue and exhaustion

Vitamin B6 contributes to:
- normal energy metabolism
- normal protein and glycogen metabolism
- normal formation of red blood cells
- normal functioning of the immune system

Nicotinic acid (Niacin, Vitamin PP) contributes to

Ingredients:
lactose monohydrate; DL-methionine 62.5 mg; DL-aspartic acid 62.5 mg, talc; pyridoxine hydrochloride 6 mg; magnesium stearate; nicotinic acid (niacin, vitamin PP) 3 mg; thiamine hydrochloride monohydrate (vitamin B1) 1.5 mg; riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.5 mg; gelatin capsule.

Administration method:
one capsule a day. The capsule is swallowed whole, preferably after a meal.

Cautions:
