Ingredients:
One Melatonyr 3 mg tablet contains bulking agents (corn starch and pregelatinized starch - and isomalt), 3 mg melatonin, anti-caking agents (colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids).
How to use:
- Melatonyr 3 mg tablets contribute to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and to alleviating sleep disorders (especially those due to jet lag)
- 1 tablet per day, before bedtime
- The tablets are swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.
Precautions:
- Not to be consumed by children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Not to be consumed by people with diabetes, liver and kidney diseases
- Use with caution by drivers or people using machinery, as it may temporarily reduce reflexes in the first 5 hours after consumption
- Excessive consumption of the product may have a laxative effect.
