Description
Melatonin food supplement with griffonia, indicated in cases of deficient dietary intake or increased need for this nutrient.
Melatonin can help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Additionally, griffonia seeds can support a normal mood, promote physiological relaxation and mental well-being, while vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

Bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; dry extract of griffonia seeds ( Griffonia simplicifolia dc. baill.) titrated to 95% in 5-HTP; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
The tablets should be swallowed with liquid, preferably half an hour before bedtime.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
