Mode of administration:
Adults: one tablet a day, preferably in the evening, about 30 minutes before going to bed.

melatonin 5 mg; inactive ingredients: bulking agents: cellulose microristaline, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, lactose monohydrate; hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: talc, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.
