It can be used as a seasoning for soups, meat and vegetable dishes, or for preparing sauces, whenever fresh garlic is needed. Garlic is one of the most widespread spices, present in all cuisines of the world. The taste is very strong and spicy, when cooked it is attenuated. When heated, its characteristic spiciness and strong smell are lost, and the aroma becomes more subtle and less dominant, harmonizing perfectly with other spices.
