Use

Rinse your mouth with 15 ml of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds every morning and evening. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using the product. You can also dilute the mouthwash with water in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio using a dental irrigator. It is recommended to use it as a supplement to toothpaste.
