Mode of administration:

Perfect Slim: Mix 1-3 teaspoons with 250 ml (one cup) of water, fruit juice or yogurt. For a good homogenization, first put the Perfect Slim product in a cup, then gradually add water, mixing continuously, until a paste is formed. The product is consumed three times a day, 15 minutes before the main meals of the day. At least 5 minutes after each administration, drink at least 250 ml (one cup) of water. To dose the preparation, use the teaspoon inside the bottle (one teaspoon = approx. 4g of product).

Adults : take 3-9 teaspoons per day (12-36g). The administration starts with 3 teaspoons of the preparation in the first 3 days of the cure. The dose is then gradually increased, by one teaspoon per day until a maximum of 9 teaspoons per day is reached.

Children 12-16 years: 1-2 teaspoons per day (4-8g).
