Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour mixture (millet flour [millet:Poland], quinoa flour), fiber mixture (psyllium flour, bamboo fiber flour), tapioca starch,
raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity stabilizer: citric acid May contain traces of NUTS.
Nutritional Values (analysis per 100g):
Energy value 1245 kj / 305 kcal,
- Fats 2g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.3g,
- Carbohydrates 49.9g, of which sugar 0.4g,
- Fiber 27g,
- Protein 6.7g, salt 0.02g
Method of preparation
Ingredients: 250g flour mix, 5
- Himalayan salt, 365g of hot water (approx. 40°C).
- Mix the ingredients and knead well.
- Shape the bread and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- It is recommended to make 2-3 cuts on the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 70 minutes.
- Leave it to cool on a grill, and after cooling, slice it.
