Indications:
Mixed in bath or massage oils, it removes muscle pain, added to bath water or dripped on a handkerchief helps with insomnia. It is adjuvant in case of cold and flu, with an antiviral role used in steam inhalations.
Headaches can also be alleviated with cold compresses with lavender essential oil or by massaging the temples.
It is a good insecticide, reduces the discomfort caused by insect bites, helps heal minor burns, cicatrizing.

Way of ussage:

• Massage: 4-6 drops of essential oil incorporated in a vegetable oil.
• Bath: 5-10 drops in bath water.
• Aromatherapy: 3-5 drops mixed with water.
