Essensey Magnesium Citrate Forte

The dietary supplement contains magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate and vitamin B6.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to maintaining normal energy metabolism. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and support the maintenance of normal psychological functions.

How to use:

Take 1 capsule daily with a sufficient amount of water, preferably with a meal.
