• Lactobacillus bulgaricus produces substances with antibacterial and anti-adhesive properties, is resistant to the action of many antibiotics and develops immunoregulatory action.
• Bifidobacterium lactis prevents the adhesion of pathogenic microorganisms to the intestinal tract and is also useful in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
• B vitamins (including folic acid), often called the "energy vitamins," are key components of enzymes needed for energy production. In addition, they help maintain normal immune system function and have effective antioxidant action.
• It does not contain gluten, lactose or glucose.

Recommended dosage

• One capsule 2 times a day, away from main meals.
