Echinacea tea - supports the immune system and supports the body's defenses.
Ingredients:
aerial part of the plant Echinacea spp. fam. Asteraceae contains derivatives of caffeic acid, polysaccharides, flavonoids, polyins.
Effect: immunostimulatory, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, cicatrizing. Main uses: low immunity.
Other uses of echinacea tea: colds, pharyngitis, bronchitis, fever, genitourinary infections (appendixitis, cystitis, nephritis), herpes, furunculosis, skin inflammations, eczema.
Contraindications:
pregnancy, autoimmune diseases. Preparation: - Internal use: infusion of 1 teaspoon of crushed plant to a cup of water; - External use: concentrated infusion of 2 tablespoons of the crushed plant in 250 ml of water.
Use:
- Internal use: drink 2 - 3 cups of tea per day; - External use: gargle, compresses on the affected area, local baths.
