Barley grass is vacuum dried at a maximum temperature of 41°C, to preserve its enzymatic activity . The juice particles are then encapsulated in maltodextrin to protect the components from oxidation and reduce bitterness . Rice flour is added to facilitate dissolution, a delicate product for the digestive system , especially for athletes during intense physical exercise.
