Acute indications:

• State of severe infection and acute suppuration: use concurrently with antibiotics or follow them in case of failure, as long as the basic characteristics of the drug are present: hypersensitivity to touch; tearing pains, convulsions; purple-violet tint of inflamed areas; sudden interruption of purulent secretions (sinusitis, otitis)
• Hemorrhage of black blood: Lachesis is indicated if we notice relief of pain or general condition by discharge: headache relieved by nosebleed, hemorrhoidal pain relieved by bleeding, dysmenorrhoea relieved by menstruation
• Angina: develops from left to right or located on the left: the pharynx and tonsils are red to livid with a feeling of constriction, aversion to touch, especially on the neck. Difficulty swallowing mainly warm liquids

Chronic indications:

• Perimenopause: Light menstrual bleeding with black blood. Menorrhagia and metrorrhagia of black blood. Dysmenorrhea, left ovarian pain. By stopping menstruation for several months, secondary disorders appear. Chronic indications

Perimenopause: According to the degree of similarity, it is prescribed in a dilution of 9 - 30 CH, it is rather used at longer intervals depending on the periodicity of the disorders. In case of difficulties related to the menstrual cycle, graduated doses are prescribed, i.e. 9 CH, 15 CH and 30 CH on the 20th, 21st and 22nd day of the cycle.

Alcoholism: It is prescribed in a dilution of 15 CH, 5 grains five days a week or once every other day.

Other indications

Burns, sunstroke – an average dilution of 5 - 9 CH, 5 granules 1 - 2 times a day is prescribed. Jealousy attacks in young children at the birth of a sibling - prescribed in a dilution of 30 CH, three days in a row. If necessary, we repeat.
